We were behind a Milstead Glass truck on I35 and a piece of glass that it was carrying sheared off and showered our car with glass shards, this caused significant damage. We submitted an estimate for what it would take to fix the damage (as requested by a Milstead employee) and after several follow-up emails we have not been contacted. Beware of doing business with this company.
I have a commercial job in Katy where I spend over half a million dollars to get built and this guy wants to come to my place up and scratch up all the metal trim around the glass. I sent pictures to my General Contractor and I guess the owner got a hold of his crew and this is when it got confrontational between us. He wanted me to show him where the scratches are. I told him just go check your work that I have communicated with my GC already and they told me not to talk to you guys. This ****** *** got on the phone with hi... read more

Milstead Glass did an excellent job installing mirrors for my fitness studio. They did the job quickly, from inquiry to finished product, and left the studio and mirror spotless! I am very happy with it. I would recommend Milstead to anyone needing mirrors.
