Dr Lucy is very kind and thorough.
I would have awarded 5 stars as the service provided by doctor was very good and could not fault the staff but finished on a real downer. When I arrived I checked at reception I would be bulk billed however after consult the doctor thought differently. He informed me I was not a regular patient so I would have to pay. Bulk billing is at the discretion of the doctor, be aware!
