I have worked with them on various projects. Both for small repairs and major renovations and they are excellent. They are attentive, pay attention to detail, and work very quick. I would highly recommend for anyone that needs any type of construction work done in their house
Deceitful behavior and false advertisement. After you lie once I won’t ever trust you again. Abe lied a few times. As much as I understand that real state agents and property managers will always market their products/ businesses high, there is a difference between being deceitful and wasting one’s time. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with this person. He signed me to a different apartment than he showed me and only disclosed that info when questioned about, making the lease void.
In my opinion, Sam is the the most unprofessional, indecisive, devious, and frugal builder that I have ever met. I met him mid Q1 of ’17 and inquired about a new construction home he had listed for sale. In summary, he kept me warm while shopping other buyers. When he proposed specs for the home, he presented me with quality that is equivalent of a low-grade, low-quality home.
