Jake recently completed a basement renovation for us. He was incredibly professional and communicative. The work was great quality, completed on time and within budget. We are very pleased and plan to hire him again for other projects.

Jake's timely "follow up" responses to my emails and phone calls along with his outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism well exceeded my expectations ... Jake did excellent work for my small fireplace hearth project. From getting the initial quote to project completion, he was very prompt and courteous in his communication with me. He even cleaned up the worksite better than he found it, which is the attention to detail you hope for as a homeowner, but unfortunately, is hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend Milrod Home Improvement for professional, clean work at a fair price.
Jake came to our Concord house today and did a great job re-caulking our bathroom tub. The previous caulk in the tub was in bad shape and Jake did a thorough job ripping that out, cleaning it up, and re-caulking the tub. Night and day difference!! Will definitely hire Jake for future jobs around the house! Thanks Jake!
