If you have ANY other option, I recommend it. We have had nothing but problems since we hired them. Missed pick ups weekly, throwing our recycling can in their truck and driving away (got that on camera), over charging for services not performed, and continuing to charge for services that were cancelled. On top of that, when you call to remedy the situation, they make your concerns seem trite and do not resolve issues expeditiously.

I called to follow up about a skipped recycling cycle after reporting it 3 times through an online ticket and a follow up email. The trash was skipped yesterday on the entire street, so I called to inquire about that. Customer service with Monique was a bit of a headache to deal with today. I understand that she does not have the power to speak for the drivers, but it was not very professional to put the blame on me with, “ You should have asked to speak to the supervisor. Incredibly poor customer service, spoke to a representative over chat and they were unable to answer any of the 5 questions that I had regarding Milpitas Sanitation and asked me to call the office. After calling the office, the representative on the line was incredibly rude. She kept arguing about every little thing and refused to accept anything wrong.
