I called today to schedule cleanup service and Gina assisted me, offering couple of dates for picking up. Gina was very cordial, respectful and professional, quickly following up with an email with detailed information which is valuable. It is a pleasure to call for a service and be assisted by such a pleasant representative.

(5-Stars for Emily and our Driver) Had dealt with miscommunication about a bulky item pick up, but Emily stepped up and helped resolve our situation! Even the driver who came was understanding of the situation and expressed that he would’ve helped us out if it weren’t for the incorrect scheduling. Giving 2-Stars for the rudeness my parents and I encountered from other individuals when we tried to confirm information on the pick up.

I just got off a call with Emily and had such a great experience that I asked HER where I can best leave her a positive review. Like most people, I don't enjoy making customer service calls. However, Emily helped me with my request, checked in repeatedly when I was on hold to make sure I knew she was working on it, answered additional questions our family had, and did it all with a professional and kind attitude. Customer service calls typically aren't enjoyable, but Emily made the process smooth and painless. Thank you!
