I called to follow up about a skipped recycling cycle after reporting it 3 times through an online ticket and a follow up email. The trash was skipped yesterday on the entire street, so I called to inquire about that. Customer service with Monique was a bit of a headache to deal with today. Incredibly poor customer service, spoke to a representative over chat and they were unable to answer any of the 5 questions that I had regarding Milpitas Sanitation and asked me to call the office. After calling the office, the representative on the line was incredibly rude. She kept arguing about every little thing and refused to accept anything wrong. Excellent communication and great customer service. I have been working with Emily, Gina, Nicole, Letty and Coco and they have help me solve problems, explain processes and procedures and made it easy to do business with Milpitas Sanitation. I have gotten my debris boxes within 24 hours, pick up of debris boxes within 24 hours and worked with my company to solve delivery problems caused by my contractors. Latest rate increase of over 9 percent. Republic was so much better. No sure why Milpitas switched.
