They didn’t pick up trash for now the 2nd week in a row. They had time to put a note in our file though, lids not fully closed. But it’s the 2nd week so we have now double the amount of trash and the lid isn’t allowed to be open but also no overflow pickup either unless we pay for a special bag. What exactly ARE we paying for? They’ve also missed our recycling before. The rules are so strict it’s like hard to live as new parents. We have never lived in a place with SUCH strict rules about garbage and recycling!
Emily was very helpful and nice. I appreciate her customer service and great attitude. I'm sure no one ever calls and says "Thanks for hauling away my stinky garbage"- but people are quick to complain and are more likely to leave a negative comment. good customer service is appreciated.
They didn't do their job to collect all cardboards. Instead, they made the street in a mess. Such a lazy man!
