Wouldn’t allow us in for a free trial to see if we liked the gym, as advertised on their website. For a place that didn’t seam to have anyone inside, in a forgotten part of the Gold Coast, you’d think they would be a little more welcoming to new patrons. Oh well, down the street we go to their competitors 😎
This gym is fantastic… state of the art equipment from Milon, plus free weights and plenty of machines. Staff are amazing, ask for Lana, Lana is a superstar and will show you the ropes. Trainers are all great and the general gym members are all super friendly! Love you Lana !
Marc is an exceptional trainer, knowledgeable, professional, and truly skilled. I've had deep tissue massages before, but none compare to his. He's also outstanding when it comes to weight training, cardio, and his boxing coaching is second to none.
Absolutely fabulous Gym, so clean, the staff are so helpful and friendly and that view you can't beat! Loving the added reformer classes too!
