Milo Fitness Factory stands out for all the right reasons. Their programming is written in-house and the intentionality and progression are obvious. The equipment is exceptionally well maintained, the facility is clean and organized, and the location near downtown is incredibly convenient. Ghosted and never got a call back
This is a long overdue review, but better late than never! I've been going here for about a year and a half now and it's honestly been one of the most positive experiences I've ever had for my mental and physical health. I was terrified of the crossfit style workouts and I had a really hard time for the first four-ish months, but once I learned the language I felt a lot more confident. Dropped in while visiting Tucson and had an incredible experience at MILO fitness. Registration as a guest was quick and easy, and when I arrived a few minutes early I got to meet Alan, one of the owners. His hospitality was top-tier—gave me a quick tour, got me oriented, and then led the class through an excellent warm-up with smart, progressive movements that clearly showed experience and intention.
