Alan, Kare, and Race are so amazing! Don't miss Kare's rowing workshop - I was lucky enough to be in town for it. Excellent coaching from Race and Alan as well. They have a great setup with weekly group classes, Olympic lifting sessions, and specialty workshops. Such a welcoming environment for all ages - you can tell they really put a lot of care into this local gym. Thankful to have learned so much while I was visiting ❤️ I will definitely be back.

My wife and I dropped in for open gym while in tow for a long weekend. While we didn’t catch a class, we had a fantastic experience. Alan was super welcoming and helped make sure I got setup correctly online ahead of time. Very clean and organized gym with tons of equipment. We will swing through again next time we are in town! If you’re looking for a great gym with good vibes, this is the one!
Incredible gym with friendly coaches — I really enjoyed my few days here and would absolutely come back. Alan and Kare were super welcoming and you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and effort into their programming and classes.
