I was looking for the office phone number and I couldn't believe these reviews. We never had a problem scheduling an appointment or with refills. We feel that he really knows who we are and we are not just a number like in other big hospital systems. Our daughters's pediatrician is Dr, Sherry Milner and we are happy with her too. I don't have any complains about the office staff either. They are very helpful.

I would highly recommend Dr. Milner to anyone in Northeast Ohio looking for a primary care doctor. He was the first doctor I’ve had in a decade that actually spent time talking to me about not only my treatment options, but alternatives that were available and provided me with realistic expectations. He didn’t spend the entire visit typing on his computer like my previous physicians. He actually made eye contact, which based on my last 2 doctors wasn’t always a given. Dr. Michael Milner has been my Primary Care Physician for the past 15+ years. His office staff always help to get me a prompt appointment and I am treated with the utmost respect. One of the best things about Dr. Milner is that he really listens to his patients and you can tell that he cares about you as a patient and as a person. Dr. Milner goes above and beyond and he takes extensive notes and revisits those notes from each office visit.
