Fantastic Service I have used Milner Body Works for years. They pay close attention to customer service. Not only did they do a first class job on my auto repair, they make sure my insurance was filed correctly, located a tow service for me and made sure that my rental car was delivered to their shop and picked up at their shop. It is truly a one-stop shop.
Poor Quality Control! Sloppy Work! Poor Quality Control! Old guy at the front desk is INSULTING! I took my Toyota Sienna in for bumper damage. Went to pick it up after 6 days in the shop and immediately noticed Milner didn't install two critical fasteners that attach the bumper cover to the wheel well - the fasteners were missing on *both* sides of the car - without these the bumper cover will flap and blow off. Excellent service – I had my 05' Titan hit in a parking lot. Not only did Milner's fix the panel that was damaged, but also took care of another dent that was not included in the insurance quote at no extra cost. Friendly service and very polite to deal with, and the fact that the owner is your primary contact is in my experience a huge plus. I have recommended their work to several friends, and would do so again.
Great Service For Many Years!!! – Milner Body Works have done excellent work for my family, since they opened there doors - Many Years Ago. They repaired my Maverick Grabber, Dodge Ram Truck, PT Crusier, Mercury Sable. Not only did they do great work, they handled all the details; towing, insurance companies, contacting rental company for my replacement vehicle. Their customer service is excellent. They will have my business for many year; and I have referred others to this company.

Customer for life – My insurance company referred me to another shop in town. I wasn't happy with the repairs and my insurance company wouldn't help me with the problems I was having with there shop. I guess I learned my lesson with insurance referrals. Apparently, these “pro” shops are there to help the insurance companies and not the customers. Two Thumbs Up! This was the first accident that i have ever had, after 10 years of driving. i was nervous about where to get my car repaired. After i talked to Mr. Milner at Milner Body Works, I knew right away. I had found my shop. Ken was a real strait shooter and made me feel right at home. When I got my car back it was perfect. Two thumbs up!
Good as new! After I had wrecked my Acura, I was so upset and worried about getting it fixed as soon as possible. The service at Milner was exceptional. They took care of my car and did so in a timely fashion which was awesome. They did a fantastic job. Good as new!
A+ personal service One of the few business left that you can actually talk to the owner. He personally helped me with my insurance claim and that means a lot to me. I like the personal service that milner body works has. you can tell that these guys really care about their customers.
