Attempting to arrange sooner flight for our son coming home for Christmas from CA due to weather prediction. Called South Burlington officer-where we’ve contacted an agent in the past-no answer, only a VM that I was calling after hours. I called the Middlebury office-I was essentially told that there wasn’t much they could do and that we can’t get our $1600 back. We are still working on. Sent several emails, 2 phone messages, Zero response, basically a worthless organization
We had a party of 8, 5 traveling from VT. When we picked out package we were to fly out early AM and would have gotten to our destination in time for dinner. Later our flights were changed to fly out at a later time. We would not get to out destination until 11:00PM. When I told the agent that getting to the resort at 11:00 was not acceptable because the five of us would be paying for a day but using the suits for an hour or less. No response.
