A customer accidentally backed his boat into our large main entrance sliding door making it inoperable during peak business season, leaving multiple boats trapped in our repair facility. I was expecting the worst and to my surprise they surveyed the situation and explained in great detail how they would put a team on the job to remove the damaged 15" X 25" and take it away and build the new insulated door with current updated technology on site and have it completed that same day.
