Why are you putting up these fences? When I moved to Milyard, I was attracted by its beautiful façade and green yards. I'm paying rent not only for the apartment, but also for the aesthetic view. It seems you've fenced in the entire building to give some first-floor residents more privacy-at my expense. I'm not willing to pay for this. I will most likely move out when my lease ends.
Very unhappy! I don't consider it luxury living based on the small kitchen sink, small laundry stacked units, minimal closet space in the "master", and don't get me started on the fences they promised !! Complete mess! The only positive in my opinion is the location!
Just moved into The Millyard a week ago and our experience with everything so far has been fantastic! Mackenzie has been so great. She took us on our tour, answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Carlos greeted us on the day we moved and got us set up with keys, information and parking tags. Cassandra helped out with a small parking tag issue. Overall, everyone has been super welcoming and easy to deal with. We are enjoying our first week here! Thank you.
I recently moved in and Cassandra, Carlos and all the maintenance staff helped me and made my moving so much easily.
