We purchased all of our doors and hardware from Mill Work Specialist a few years ago for our new home. We spent a good deal of money with them. Needed some good old fashioned customer service today and the two people I spoke with are the most abrasive, depressed sounding, unhelpful people I’ve spoken too. So sad that they couldn’t be bothered for a couple questions. Won’t use again and would not recommend to anyone.
