It's been a few years since I've had the pleasure of dealing with this company. The communication was excellent, the follow up was excellent, their product was the best I had used. I'd purchased the re-sawn white oak flooring, unfinished. Far and away the best milled flooring I've seen. It made it a joy to install, no slightly varied widths to create those little gaps between boards that are typical of other flooring suppliers.
