Excellent service and response. Our seven bedroom windows were installed in one day and while the initial install was good the work needed some attention on re-calking. After a positive follow up call a refinishing team was on site within 24 hours, fixed the concerns, and the attention to detail and quality was superior. We are very happy with the outcome. Start to finish Mill Works were total professionals in every stage of the project.

We recently had several windows and a couple of doors replaced by Milwork Masters. We were very impressed with the installation crew as well as the quality of Marvin windows. We recently had 27 windows replaced on our two-story home. I wanted to commend the crew for this project: Eddie, Isaiah, Jim. Eddie and his crew were friendly, and always took the time to answer my questions during the project. They set up to isolate the work areas in the morning, and they cleaned up every day and never left a mess. The finish carpentry inside the house is neat and exactly as we wanted it. I would highly recommend them.

The salesman was knowledgeable and prompt. The office staff were friendly and helpful with scheduling the job. The installers did a fine job. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.
