Not a bad place to deliver to. People are nice, it's a bit small but doable.
I want to start off by saying that the product performance specialist Dallas Forks did an excellent job changing out the slab in my brand new THERMA TRU front door. He was extremely professional in handling the replacement of the damaged slap. He took extra precautions to ensure that he did not damage my house or the new door including laying a blanket down to catch the shavings that were generated by installing the new handle and touching up the door by wiping it down with a rag after the install was complete. Very poor door quality, poor paint quality, and several manufacturing defects. (panels shrunk, rails and stiles fitted poorly, etc.) MDI sent a rep to the jobsite who basically gave a 'shoulder shrug' and started down the road of blame shifting. We tried this manufacturer this time, which will be the last time.
