Very professional group here,very informative! Unload was reasonable
Booked a early appointment to find out they are closed until 6am. They have a kiosk set up to check in that is very glitchy and won’t work until 6am. Then you get text to tell you what door etc. They don’t actually start working until almost 7. The door I was given had a trailer in it and I had to wait until it was moved. The loading part took maybe 30-40 minutes. If you open at 6am, I shouldn’t have to wait until 7:30 for a door.
