I had a nice pickup experience here. I got to the dock in 5 minutes and was loaded in 30 minutes. The check-in process was completed on the computer. There was plenty of space to back into the dock. The staff inside were friendly, and a clean washroom was available to the drivers.
1. The location is accessible from Brick Plant Road. 2. Shipping office is almost in the middle of the building. 3. Their hours are 6 am to 10 pm Monday to Friday. Last load is taken at 8:25 pm everyday. 4. It is preferable to come at the appointment time. If you are before your appointment time, you have to wait, if they are not busy they will load you sooner else at the appointment time.
