This place is an absolute joke. No respect what so ever for the truck drivers that deliver there freight. Was kept waiting for 8 hours. Gy name David at the morning office he's so rude like never seen human like him in my entire life, Driver think twice delivering load here. Couse u will mt unprofessional, rude and unexperienced Human at the office deserve ZERO stars this place.
Check in at the 1st driveway, walk to front of bldg thur glass doors, check in on the tablet, go back to your truck and wait for text msg for dock door. Do not block dock doors, very simple if you can read English, stop at sign that says drivers check in. Easy backing into docks. I arrived an hour b4 my appt and got a dock within in minutes of checking in. 7/19/24
Hit or miss on getting unloaded, mostly miss... No respect for drivers' time. Been there often, average 2-3 hours every time. Today was 3½ hours. Ridiculous!
