We hired Millwood Roofing & Co. for water-damage siding and fascia repair. The quotes kept changing - from $2,800 for all rotted wood replaced to around $6,300 for what was described as major framing repair. After cutting into the garage drywall myself, I found the framing was still the old, original boards — not replaced as claimed.
