We are certified to work on Yamaha, Suzuki, Mercury and Evinrude outboards, maintain and repair boat systems, and design, install, and maintain electronics packages. Called in advance for suzuki warranty service. They say bring it down and drop it off for repair. The following week manager Carla says I need to pick it up because they have prioritized other work that just came in. You would think 1st come 1st serve but not here. If i had the parts I'd do it myself in less than an hour but id have to buy the parts out of pocket which would be foolish when they are covered under warranty!
