A car hit a wall in front of our house. Sending stones from it into our porch and window. Doing a lot of damage. The insurance company was great and We had a check within 2 weeks. They made the process a lot less stressful.
This is by far the worst insurance company in the world. They absolutely refuse to do anything to help me. Over the years I've had to sue them to get them to settle in court and then I just got another Storm that damaged my home and they played it all nice in front of me. Told the contractor to get 'em a good estimate that they do it, and behind the scenes told my Contractor that they're not going to pay for it again. I am just so sick and tired of this company. Hidden fees and non-stop rate increases. Doesn't matter how long you've been a policy holder. You can do better.
