This business is horrible. They refuse to call the tenant back, they won't call the tenant family back who are their legal advocate. They are run by HUD which is fine but stressing these older tenants out is not helpful at all. You sent them your paperwork or even email it and then they send threatening letters to kick you out because they act like they never received it. Multiple times this has happened over the years. Its a disgrace! Everyone who has had issues please go to HUD website and file a complaint!!!!
