This business is horrible. They refuse to call the tenant back, they won't call the tenant family back who are their legal advocate. They are run by HUD which is fine but stressing these older tenants out is not helpful at all. You sent them your paperwork or even email it and then they send threatening letters to kick you out because they act like they never received it. Multiple times this has happened over the years. Its a disgrace!
Please avoid living here if you can. Unsafe and MPD together with MHA do nothing against violence.
I lost my spot for Roosevelt Park because they said I failed to send the imformation in.I sent everything they asked of me because some of it had to be notorized. I think just like most housing authorities it's just a place for people to get a pay check,there not really interested in helping people get housing,they don't care they have good housing,but people on disability or seniors it's difficult.
The worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!! Lost paperwork and ZERO accountability!!!!!!!!! Please be careful and stay 10 toes down with Holy Berry Court!!!!! Document EVERYTHING!!!!! My daughter lost her spot because NO ONE secured her paperwork that came straight from the SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE with her name on it!!!!!!!! Then they want to play the I don’t know game who game and in so many words blame her for the lack of paperwork!!!!!
I thought that they were the people helping me pay for my apartment, but according to the lady I just talked with, they're not. Didn't offer any type of help, and was busy trying to get me off the phone. Poor service; 1 star.
