Don't Buy A Home Here! Millville By The Sea is a Trash Community. HOA wastes members money and deserves to be investigated. Very, Few amenities. Not worth the money. Horton homes are made of cardboard.
Great location if you are looking for a new or season home close to the beach. Only 12 minutes from Bethany, and 35-40 minutes to OCMD. Sales office staff are super friendly and helpful. We just settled a few days ago and moved in over the weekend.
Beautiful place. Nice pool and things for kids to do. Good people there.
I thoroughly enjoyed working there until a new management company came in. This created upheaval with the homeowners And it's the reason I choose to Leave the community and pursue another job
