From Day 1 and meeting MJ Spence then previewing a model home I just knew I wanted to purchase a new home @ Millville by the Sea. MJ was there from the start to my nearing the closing and in between he had all of my questions answered. MJ is the go to and a great example of what customer service should be. Buying a home at Millville by the Sea was a great experience. I would highly recommend my Sales Rep, MJ Spence. He and Ryan Peterson, Superintendent kept me well updated during the build. MJ even sent me "baby pictures" so I could watch my home "grow." MJ and Christina Agar, Sales Rep have been a wonderful source for recommendations to make my transition go smoothly -- electrician, garage door opener installer, painter etc...... My home is beautiful and my experience was excellent. I would highly recommend buying here!
Really enjoyed working with Christina - great professional collaborations are so important and she was very gracious in allowing me to guide my client through, and helped the transaction run very smoothly to settlement.
