Had an emergency maintenance call this weekend. Water was seeping up from my flooring near my garage door. Turns out a pressure release valve on my hot water heater was leaking. Called the emergency maintenance call line at 5:46 pm. Charlie from Redwood maintenance was at my door by 6:01pm. It was fixed by 6:20pm! He left a blower to dry up any remaining water. Great work & response time Charlie! You went above & beyond my expectations! Thanks so much! I was amazed by such a quick turnaround! Thanks again! 5-stars!
