I made an appointment on Wednesday for this morning to drop my car off for an oil change. When I got there to drop my car off, I was told that I was supposed to be there Thursday. I was told when I didn’t show, they put a question mark next to my name. The gentleman who I spoke with this morning pushed back when I said I was told Friday.
