I followed the procedure for a new patient and submitted the proper form requesting Dr. Fike. I received a call two days later that I had been accepted and was required to make an appointment. I did but later when checking Follow My Health I discovered it was with another doctor. I called to check and was told Dr. Fike had rejected my application and I then rejected their substitute! I guess they’re running the classic bait and switch.
Ask for my results of my MRI. Was told what it wasn't. Had to argue to get an actual answer of what is going on. Called today to schedule a follow-up appointment on my pneumonia that I was diagnosed with on Friday wasn't asked a single question about how I was feeling doing if the medication was working anything whatsoever was simply told he doesn't work today and he probably doesn't have anything this week. Good people! listened to me and cared about my health. Didn’t treat me like client but as a friend. Also helped me with every question I had
This office has serious issues with communication, professionalism, and follow-through. Calls and messages often go unanswered, policies are inconsistently enforced, and patients are frequently left without clarity or support. The administrative staff can be dismissive, and care feels more transactional than compassionate. Would not recommend based on my experience.
I've been going to Milltown Family Physicians since I moved to Wooster in 1986. I've been seen by every doctor there and they are all kind, caring professionals. They listen, explain, and treat you·as an intelligent adult. They treat the whole person, not just the illness and take an interest in you personally as well. At a terribly low time in my life one doctor went out of his way to see me. I am so grateful for everyone that works there.
