This has been my best experience with a doctor in town. The physicians don't claim to know more than they do, and are more than willing to run tests/send referrals if you do your part to really tell them what your concern is. I know when you're sick and/or in pain it's relaly hard to, but it goes a long way here. The comments about lab work and referral nonsense are unfortunately true. I always have to call 3-4x to facilitate the sending and receipt of an order. I'd rather have that going on than have dismissive doctors. So ... read more

Place is absolutely a joke. I am self pay. I called in on a monday . They said they could get me in on Tuesday but I had to pay up front. MY wife had my wallet that day so I couldnt pay and they wouldn't schedule me even though I told them I would th enext day before my app. Any way my refill went out so I called Tuesday to get a re fill. They couldn't do it . My dr then called and I got my refill. I would not take my dead cat to this doctor‘s office. They are very unprofessional. The nurses are very rude And basically useless. Dr. Nielsen will not give you a call back even when he says he’s going to. And even when you update patient information they will call the wrong person to Give personal medical information to. I took a family member to this Doctors office and they recommended a CT scan. I had to call several times to get an answer on what was going on. I followed the procedure for a new patient and submitted the proper form requesting Dr. Fike. I received a call two days later that I had been accepted and was required to make an appointment. I did but later when checking Follow My Health I discovered it was with another doctor. I called to check and was told Dr. Fike had rejected my application and I then rejected their substitute! I guess they’re running the classic bait and switch.
