I visited here today as a new patient and all of the staff were very helpful. I had a wonderful experience!!! Dr. Fike is wonderful, and I also got bloodwork done and the lab tech, Jessie, who’s also amazing! I have very small veins that every lab tech in the past has struggled with finding and she found it right away!!! I’m very impressed. Thank you for the 10/10 experience! I will definitely be recommending Milltown Family Physicians to my friends and family. :)
Do you like stress, losing your sanity, and wasting your time? If you answered Yes, than Dr Fike and his staff are a great fit for you! This is by far the most disorganized medical office I've ever encountered. You constantly have to follow up with the doctor and nurses just to get anything done. My medical records have been lost multiple times, including paper copies—so who knows where they are now. Dr. Fike seems neither thorough nor competent. Cant seem to get past the nurses they hang up on me
Been doctoring here for 16 years. Staff is wonderful and professional. Like coming home to family. Dr Ranney is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend the practice
Have lived in Wooster a few weeks, need a physician. Was “accepted” into the practice, showed up for my appointment, doctor came in the room, did not introduce himself, started my “intake.” Knock on the door: he has a phone call. Without finishing intake leaves. I figure out one of the prescriptions I requested had not been sent so I call the office. Wait 22 minutes on hold and get a nurse from the nurse line.
