My dentist and hygienist are always pleasant and professional to talk to during appointments. Very knowledgeable as well. The location is in a nice area, and easy to get to and park.
Dr. Park appears knowledgeable and skilled, which is why I am giving two stars instead of one. However, the office has only one dentist, making it difficult to secure urgent appointments or have issues addressed promptly. My appointment was rescheduled once without explanation, canceled another time, and then Dr. Park was unavailable for two weeks. During this period, I was experiencing ongoing discomfort and ultimately had to seek care at another dental practice, where my issue was resolved right away.
