I have been at Millstream for a few months now, and from the application process to getting moved in a beyond, it’s been an amazing experience. The staff is so polite and helpful. Maintenance is also very polite and quick. The units have so much charm and character. It’s been great living here!

Millstream is a very nice place to live. The office staff are very nice people. The manager calls randomly to check on things. Maintenance always comes on time. I never had a problem with none of thee of above. The rent is reasonable. I dislike how it’s goes up every year. I think the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom needs to be updated. I’m gunna keep this kinda short and simple since I rarely leave reviews but this one needs it . Me and my roommates moved here in September . Everything was fine . Staff was super nice . Still are . Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious and I love having the space . However , this apartment didn’t come without a price . Mice ! I saw one IN MY BED and freaked out . I lost sleep . Immediately contacted maintenance the next day and long story short , I have about 5+ maintenance requests for these mice alone since we moved in... read more
I’ve gotta say I love the staff here at Millstream Apts so friendly & Mrs Ashley the property manager she’s the best she makes sure everything gets done around here. I’ve been here for a year & a half & I’ve seen this property transformed into a better place to be. Quiet & peaceful around here & I love it.
