I recently visited a local laundry business due to my home dryer being out of order. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with their equipment, as my items remained damp after using their 3x and 5x load dryers. I was surprised to be told that I was at fault for overloading the machines, despite following the recommended capacity. I hope that in the future, the business will take steps to ensure their equipment is functioning properly and provide better customer service.
