Hallways stay trashed, residents put leaking bags outside their door and management does not address them or they don't care. Everyone is responsible for keeping the community clean, people need to get penalty fees added to monthly rent if they can't comply.

Absolutely horrible place to live. Expensive, nasty, dirty, trash everywhere, noisy, maintenance was horrific except for Charlie, no one cleaned up after their pets, etc. Lived here for 2 years it just kept getting worse.

I lived here for 1.5 years. So I must say that the best part about it was the spacious 2 bed 2 bath.I loved the apartment itself. Out of the whole time I lived there, my sink disposal only broke twice. All appliances worked very well and I used my dishwasher daily. When my sink disposal broke it took them like 2 weeks to come out which was ungodly! However, the next time was great! They came out in 2 days and. Fixed it promptly.
