Tom was great to deal with from quote right through to completion. He is obviously very knowledgeable, and was very happy to answer all of our questions and offer helpful advice. He was able to do all the work we needed both inside (structural) and outside (repointing, reflashing, removal of guttar guard, and clearing gutters) our roof, which most other companies don't do. He and Peter completed the work to a very high standard - it is clear that they take great pride in their work. They were thoroughly polite and friendly, ... read more

It's a pleasure working with Tom. He responded quickly to my inquiry, checked out the site and explained clearly what the issues are and options for improvement. All in plain language, no jargons. We had a leaking flat roof for some time where water was coming in at odd spots. Tom and his crew worked efficiently and replaced the whole thing in a week. They are methodical and thorough. And I found their pricing reasonable. I'd highly recommend Tom.

Tom did a great job replacing a smashed skylight. Then proceeded to replace the flashing of the rest at no extra charge. Amazing service. Lovely guy.

We were very impressed with the work of Millstone. Tom spent time understanding what was required and explaining options to us. He and Peter were thorough and professional in their work and pleasant to deal with. We would not hesitate to engage them in the future and recommend them to others.

Tamas (Tom) fixed a very hard-to-find roof leak that had been missed by other companies we had out to quote. He investigated the issue thoroughly, clearly explained what the problem was and talked us through the best solution before fixing it. As we were very happy with his skill and service, we also had him quote on an upcoming decking project. Professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Tamas. His contact details are now saved in our phone for any future roofing or carpentry needs.
