It's a pleasure working with Tom. He responded quickly to my inquiry, checked out the site and explained clearly what the issues are and options for improvement. All in plain language, no jargons. We had a leaking flat roof for some time where water was coming in at odd spots. Tom and his crew worked efficiently and replaced the whole thing in a week. They are methodical and thorough. And I found their pricing reasonable. I'd highly recommend Tom.
Tom did a great job replacing a smashed skylight. Then proceeded to replace the flashing of the rest at no extra charge. Amazing service. Lovely guy.
