Nice homes!
The sprinkler system has not worked correctly for 6-7 years, they don’t take out the dead trees or shrubs, they raise your hoa about every other year. They allow your neighbors to have trailers and boats in their drive way. Stop sign intersections will Get you killed. You pay for home internet and ATT U-verse, neither works about half the time. There is no local channel 2 that you/we are paying for. U-verse TV goes out every night at appox 9PM Thru 9:30pm. The $298 we pay at the cottages is a rip.. the juice is not worth the... read more
Really long story short, don't do it. Have been here five months and have had two major leaks coming from the ceiling. Craftsmanship was less than subpar throughout, etc. Customer service team that is used during the signup and building process is always two steps behind. I won't even touch on them asking us for proof of income due to our age( this isn't stated anywhere in the contract language that it has to be provided).
