Would not allow a 2000 trailer in excellent condition to be moved in but have tons of old dilapidated trailers AND old campers in their park. They need to get back to business of renting lots and stop trying to rip people off with rent to own property. There are very few mobile home parks with good, honest, caring, owners anymore.
I do NOT recommend anyone moving in Milsteads. The now Owner does not what you to live here, he just wants you to pay your rent and listen to what he tells you! You cannot have anything outside: nothing under porch, do not hang anything outside to dry or while cleaning, outside kid toys have to be put up nicely, animals on leashes, no basketball goals, no pool, no trampolines, no boats or boat trails, four wheeler, fourwheeler trailers, etc., cannot put fences up, cannot plant, cannot have a wireless fences, no non running v... read more

I would not recommend anybody moving a trailer in here or buying from this place. we get a notice on our door weekly about stuff on our porch or under our porch such as wood. as I was told today we just pay rent to have our house on the land. we are not allowed to do anything with the yard. the owner decides what you are allowed to have on your porch. people have gotten notices about replacing window blinds because they are not up to the standards. you have one week to correct your notices or they charge you $25 a week until... read more
