Ended up having to go to this clinic as an emergency - firstly, so grateful that they made the time as I know my cats condition could’ve been life threatening! Second, the staff is all so great - from the minute you walk in and every staff member you encounter! They kept me up to date on my pet (we are out of town), they answered any and all questions, they really are good at what they do!
When I moved to Timmins in August I was able to become a patient with Dr. Emilie Kelly right away. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, loving on my dog Banner whenever we are there. I was always able to get in when needed and received excellent care. Prices are as expected for their services and products.
