Had front door replaced. Mike was efficient in helping me gather specifics needed to order new door. Installed door looks and functions great. There was a specific piece that needed to be installed for electronic lock we didn’t notice until after they finished job. Mike was quick to respond and stopped by to install the extra part the next day. Highly recommend!
This is our third major project with Millsaw Construction. Mike is legit the only contractor we trust to work on our house (an older home that was remodeled/flipped multiple times). He and his teams take away so much construction stress because he is trustworthy, communicative, and really cares about his clients and their projects. Millsaw Construction remodeled our bedroom, hallway and bathroom. Mike is very professional, punctual, and conscientious. He did the work we had agreed to, on schedule, and for the amount he estimated. He and his subcontractors were all very nice and did quality work. Mike communicated with us regularly to make sure we knew what was going on, and to get our input whenever it was needed. My wife and I couldn't be happier.
Millsaw Construction is trustworthy and I will have them handle any of my home improvement needs. Their staff is experienced, honest and accurate with their bidding. They gave us a realistic timeline as to when they would have their work completed and did not miss the mark.
Mike from Millsaw Construction is the best and honest man. He was helpful in giving me tradesmen contact in order for me to be able to finish my renovation within my budget. I would highly recommend him just based on how honest and considerate he is.
