Mills is a wonderful company and we're very happy we chose them. We had a very complicated window (both technically difficult with the custom size and fit as well as logistically difficult with an insurance claim) and they handled everything incredibly well. There were challenges and issues that came up, but Mills met these challenges and overcame them to deliver an incredible finished product. All of their employees were kind and worked hard. We love our new bay window and I'm very grateful to Mills for making it happen!
No kidding as I'm typing this, they showed up. Stuck a couple nails in it and said they would send photos to their boss, who will contact me about a permanent fix. I had Mills do windows and Siding on my very small home. I researched. I got several bids. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. When the sales guy stopped in we discussed the job agreed on the materials ,tyvek, foam board siding color and the windows. Kevin and his team did a great job with my siding. Everything was done in a timely manner and they did a first rate job. I would highly recommend them!
Wasted an hour of my time and never sent me an estimate even after I followed up twice. Would not recommend.
I scheduled to have an estimate done for windows and a door replacement. The woman who initially scheduled the appointment was kind. When it came to the day of the appointment I waited about an hour prior to calling to see if they why no one had shown up yet. There was no communication that they were running late or not showing up. The woman who answered the phone wasn’t sure why they hadn’t arrived and wasn’t able to get ahold of who was supposed to come do the estimate.
