Guna was wonderful. We were adopting my brothers son who was placed with us under court.order. She was thorough and knowledgeable. As a gay couple, we couldn't have had better representation.
Please believe every negative word you've ever heard or read about Gina Weitzenkorn. She is the most disrespectful and unprofessional "professional" I've ever worked with. She was the cause of more stress and frustration than the ex I was in negotiations with. She has no concept of a timetable, even though young children were involved, and no respect for your time. Run away....run far away. This is the most horrific business I've ever experienced in my life. I was very hopeful after reading the contract and charter of her services that were promised to my ex & myself. Immediately I found that Gina's only concern is Gina. Never met a more biased person in my life. I cant believe she is still practicing... 50% of her report was COMPLETELY without facts or proof. What kind of lawyer does that?
Ms. Weitzenkorn was appointed as CFI for my very volatile child custody case. I was more than terrified in reading her other reviews. I'm dealing with an extremely manipulative ex and I was sure he would convince her of all my evils. She was thorough in her investigation and didn't buy into his lies. I really didn't think that was possible due to his nature.
