I have been here so far to get several cavities fixed, and 2 crowns done as well as a mouth guard. Dr Shannon has been the best dentist I’ve been to in over 25 years. A fear of dentists has turned into when visiting something I don’t dread or worry about with him and his staff. I trust them, big time.
Michele M. Mills, DDS and her team are fantastic. I was referred to her from the Salem Veterans Affairs. I had not been to the dentist for many years and had a lot of work that needed to be done. I was very self conscious about my teeth and the work needed. They have been nothing short of fantastic and non judgemental. Everyone at the office seems happy to be there. I have changed my view/phobia on going to the dentist because of my experience with them. Thank you all for the work you have and will be doing.
Great group of people. The folks at the front desk always great you with a smile and are proficient at their tasks. Dr. Mills and the hygienist do a great job informing you about the procedures being performed and treatment options. I highly recommend them to any and all.
Dr's. Mills and Shannon are the best. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed in the chair. They do not rush. You can listen to music while they work on your teeth. They tell you what they are going to do before beginning a procedure. Appointments are always on time. They educate you about how to keep your teeth and gums healthy. The equipment and techniques are up to date and the staff well trained. I recommend them highly!
