Wasn't impressed originally after calling the number and not being able to leave a message due to the voice mailbox being full. But I was contacted 30 to 45 minutes later, asked if I needed any help, and came by yesterday evening to give me a quote. So far, so good.
Owner shows up for a scheduled estimate, says how much he will do the job for and when he can be available. I agree to the terms and I asked him for a written estimate and he says it's in his truck. The owner goes to his truck and drives away. I have called and texted him several several times over two days with no reply or response. How unprofessional and rude can you be. This seems to be the Lake Gaston attitude and mostly poor behavior and irresponsibility attitude amongst craftsmanship and businesses. I wouldn't recommen... read more
