Took our dog Molly for her yearly check up. Our appointment was at 11:30, we walk in the door and give our name. The receptionist then told the nurse who was taking back another dog. Her tone was rushed and kind of shocking. I asked if we were late due to her tone? She said no, just letting them know. The nurse did her job but cold and not friendly.
