This lab is one of the few in the area that I've seen using the BD 368652 Vacutainer lines. If you have a lot of blood work to complete, I highly recommend doing it all here since the flexible lines on the draw needle lead to a much better experience. With the flexible line, the technicians don't have to hold the needle steady while sampling so there's a significantly reduced chance of bruising or unnecessary needle movement. Lost my lab work. When I call during business hours they say they are closed .
I’ve had my labs done at this location twice now and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. In the past, I’ve had bad experiences with other clinics missing my small veins… been poked 4 times before blood was drawn. I have very low pain tolerance so this is not fun for me. Since then my anxiety is through the roof. This location however, the staff are so experienced and so kind. Took my dad here for labs. On both occasions there was something that was missing after the blood draw. First time they missed the a1c, second time they missed the hdl/ldl cholesterol test. Huge inconvenience, but everyone there is nice.
