I’ve had my labs done at this location twice now and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. In the past, I’ve had bad experiences with other clinics missing my small veins… been poked 4 times before blood was drawn. I have very low pain tolerance so this is not fun for me. Since then my anxiety is through the roof. This location however, the staff are so experienced and so kind. Took my dad here for labs. On both occasions there was something that was missing after the blood draw. First time they missed the a1c, second time they missed the hdl/ldl cholesterol test. Huge inconvenience, but everyone there is nice.
Went today around 9:30am without any appointment and we managed to be in and out in less than 30 minutes! I work in a facility for people with special needs and it is a challenge to get our clients to cooperate. Fortunately, they understood our predicament and expedited the process. They even had security assist us as sometimes our client can get resistive. Bottom line, they made things very easy and pleasant for us. The people working there are great and very helpful! However, you will get charged a hospital bill plus lab.. not just lab alone. If you see your doc at a clinic, do your lab there, so you wont get charged a HOSPITAL bill for doing lab..
Very quick and fast! On one website, it says open at 8am but they were open at 7 like the number and google says (whew! ). I got there at 7:05, easy parking, people in the lobby were super welcoming. Pretty obvious the lab is on the left when you enter. Only one person standing in walk-in line, couple people sitting waiting. Front desk staff were very friendly, I was registered by 7:20 and out of there by 7:30!
