Visited 5/13/25 on referral from my Sutter ptimary care doctor. All went fine for first 2.5 hrs of tests, but it took much too long to receive test results. I was very impressed with the care of a nurse, who recognized my pain and discomfort, got me a cange of clean clothes, and rounded up my assigned doctor to discharge me. CT people were xlnt, and scans nailed the problem (a kidney stone).

I felt cared for from the moment I got in. Close to no wait time at all to get into a room which really surprised me. Dr Stone and nurse Sharma were caring, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough in treating me. I felt safe and heard. My needs were met and I was discharged with answers and felt better. I don’t have much ER experience, but I’ve always heard terrible stories of wait times and the staff needing to rush too much to really provide proper care. This was not my experience and I am truly grateful for the team that I... read more

The demand outweighed the supply in this case so a long wait was inevitable. Having said that, all the staff, RNs, CT scan technician, and doctor were all attentive, kind, and compassionate --you can tell they are all overworked but still cared. A big thank you to Dr. Gillis (only remember her name because it's on my test results... read more

Disappointing experience, after 3 hours of waiting, the physician literally asked me what I wanted him to do, I specifically told him I didn’t want just pain killers I want to know what’s causing my back pain Im done (3 years in pain) he goes an order some useless X-rays, finally a “girl” come to me and says: You”re discharged, you are ok, the doctor prescribed muscle relaxers and again pain killers, you should follow up with your primary doctor. First, I felt like she was super rude by just invalidating the fact that I coul... read more
