My daughter was referred to Mills Orthodontics for early intervention with orthodontic care. At our first appointment we were extremely pleased with the entire team. We loved how attentive they were with my daughter and truly made her feen seen and loved. The conservative care and patience with treatment was what we were also grateful for. I appreciated the recommendation and we look forward to receiving our care there!
I met Dr. Mills by chance at a coffee shop and asked her about a situation my son might be going through, she was so kind and very helpful, giving me great insights into what kids experience and the steps I need to take as a parent to support my son! I felt the need to write this review because of Dr. Mills’ willingness to help and explain everything to a stranger, even while she was on her coffee break! If my kids ever need an orthodontist, I will definitely bring them to her!
Update: 03/26/2024: This is an updated review after 7 months of being with Dr. Mills. My daughter looks forward to going to every appointment and the staff is so accommodating when her face mask needs to be adjusted due to her sensitive skin! Dr. Mills does not rush the process and always thinks of the patient’s best treatment plan instead of choosing a “one-for-all” plan. Dr. Mills is super friendly! Dr. Mills and staff have been wonderful. They are friendly and prompt, and we have quickly seen positive results from their services.
We started coming to this practice when it was Dr. Rodney Lewis, because it was recommended by our dentist in the next door suite (Children's Dental Specialists, a great dental office that does indeed give specialty care for difficult situations). While we liked Dr. Lewis, we absolutely love Dr. Mills and hers staff! Dr. Mills is wonderful with my daughter, with sensory issues, shyness, and anxiety.
