My grandfather’s heat pump went out one the first 90 degree day of the year. He himself is 87 years old. I called Mills because our usual favorite Scott’s was out a week. Mills was recommended to me by a friend. The owner of the company came out and saw our dire situation with my aging grandfather and drove to the shipping port himself to get the new unit off the ship so he could have our system installed before the weekend was over.
