My Jeep needed service, brought in on a Tuesday afternoon, was told it needed a new battery, but also throwing codes for a transmission issue; the Service “manager” was not well versed in the technology of my Jeep motor and I asked for a supervisor. I was told I would be given a call later that day. That call never happened. I called back and expressed my concerns, I was then told I would be given a call the following day(Wednesday). Tim in the parts department was so very helpful. I could not figure out a parts need and he took the extra time to find what I was after. Very knowledgeable and listened to a backyard mechanic that did not know what he was doing. Thanks again.
My daughter sold her vehicle to mills and was promised her check 5-10 business days she still has not received the check for her vehicle it’s been almost a month, they stayed in good contact with her about it but now have not returned voicemails or calls. Very unprofessional.
