1 star is too much for them. You can never get through to them and in the case you do actually wait the 40+ minutes to speak to someone they hang up on you.
I thought i was getting Mercury insurance all my bills say there from mercury insurance but i am with Mills Insurance, All week i have NOT been able to get through to speak to my agent to add coverages i thought we had already. Everytime the customer service rep puts me through into a que then i get hung up on. How can i report them to the insurance commissioner? Who is Accuser?

I would give a 0 star if allowed. Stuart Wasserman was nice when I first signed up now every time I need help he text's me to contact main office. Why do I have him as my Rep?? I am willing to pay extra to have a rep who cares who responses and calls you back to try and guide you, if that is what you are looking for this guy is not it. Horrible service 😑
