Overall the job was done and finished good. When doing trade works listen to homeowner when their trade is what is happening at the time in their house, that something didn't get done, it didn't. That can be costly to builder doing works. Supervisor was great, overall very helpful and accommodating. I had an issue of damage to my outside heater Mills was more than happy to come to the party of replacing my heater. So grateful we found these builders. Our project required a company who were willing to take on a challenge. The estate had strict building requirements that had to be meet and we had high standards and a set budget. They ticked all the boxes from the start. Millstone Homes took over my build when Collier Homes went under and from day one I was impressed with them, their communication and their customer service! They finished my home with great quality finishings! I could contact the build supervisor and anyone in the office at any time and they would give me answers I needed almost instantly! 4 years in and I love the house I call home.The hoise was built faster than quoted and with the few, very minor, issues all has been resolved quickly and professionally.
