I would give a NEGATIVE rating if I could as 1 star is the lowest rating. My previous review was 4 years ago when Harry was the owner and stood behind his work. Now under Gary this business is terrible and they do not stand behind their work. I had two new AC units installed for over 17k. One unit has never worked right and for three years they have tried to fix the unit but each time charged me for their time along with never resolving the issue.
